Delivery fees and add-ons

Delivery Fee $175 + Mileage 

$4 a mile calculated one way up to 200 miles 

Security Deposit $500

Refundable security deposit is required for every rental

Prep Fee Required $100

Prep fee is required for every rental for restocking of essential items, including propane

Optional Add-Ons

Linen Package $75

Linen Package includes towels, bed sheets, pillows & blankets

Pet Fee $25 Daily

Must include fee if bringing a pet or additional charges may be taken out security deposit(see SRA agreement) 

Generator Fee - Need generator if no electric is available 

Generator Package- $25 daily fee for unlimited usage 

If package not taken, then following will apply and will be charged after rental: 4 hours per night generator usage included with rental for free

Excess generator usage$3.00/hour

Dump Fee $100

Dump fee will be charged if unit is not emptied upon return or you could elect to add for piece on mind of not dumping

Cleaning Fee $150

Cleaning fee will be applied after rental if unit is not returned in the same condition when taken or you could elect to add, if you do not want to clean unit

CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as you cancel more than 14 days before departure.
If cancelled more than 7 days prior to departure:
Insurance is refunded
75% of the booking total is refunded
The service fee is not refunded
If cancelled within 7 days prior to departure:
Insurance is refunded
50% of the booking total is refunded
The service fee is not refunded
